Call, come in, or email us your project. We prefer PDFs, but can work with what you have. Follow our artwork guideline to ensure your print job comes out the way you envisioned. Be sure to include all the details such as quantity, stock, fold, color ink, due date, etc. If your project requires any edits or design, visit our design page for more information. Artwork needing design, edits, or print-setup are subject to a design fee charged at $1.25/minute.
A member of our team will contact you once we receive your order and answer any questions you may have.
If your project requires editing or design, the work will be handed to one of our designers and you will receive a proof of the artwork within THREE business days. After you approve of the proof, there is typically a THREE day turnaround for the print job to be complete. Note: We charge $75/hour ($1.25/minute) for design and edits.
PAY & PICK UP
Once your order is finished and ready for pick up, you will be contacted and emailed an invoice. You can pay online with a credit card prior to pick up or at the time of pick up with cash, card, or check. For a general guideline for pricing, please refer to our price guide. MAILING - SHIPPING - DELIVERY
If mailing, shipping, or delivery is needed after the print job is completed, the job will be released once the invoice has been paid for. For mailing: refer to our mailing page for more information.
