What is your turn around time?


Our standard turn around for full service printing is three days from artwork approval. If the job is a larger run, needs artwork changes, special order paper, bindery or anything else that would delay the process, we will contact you to go over options. This policy will enable us to give each job the special attention needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and to provide the best service. In case an emergency does arise and your job needs to be rushed please request a rush fee quote. Please contact us to confirm that we will be able to complete your work in a specially arranged time frame. We always do our best to accommodate these special situations, but please keep in mind that when this happens we have to put aside a customer who was in line first to finish your job. ​ We will contact you for options of completion times and charges. All apparel and promotional items have item specific turn around times. Please send your need by date to promo@inkspotstl.com to confirm we will be able to complete your order in time.




Do you have RUSH options available?


​Yes we do! Please note that due to the size and nature of certain jobs, rush services may not be available. Please contact us at orders@inkspotstl.com to request a rush fee quote.




What is considered a quick print?


A quick print is a quantity under 100 with artwork that is print-ready and no bindery or additional services are needed. While many jobs are completed the same day, we cannot guarantee same-day service. Our production routine is a first-in, first-out method. This has proven to be the most equitable method for our customers. Therefore, when your work is received at The Ink Spot, Inc., it is placed into our work queue and is processed in the order received. While many quick printing jobs are completed the same day, we cannot guarantee same-day service.




What file formats do you accept?


We work in the Adobe Cloud programs, so we gladly accept Illustrator (.ai), InDesign (.indd), and Photoshop (.ps) file formats. However, if you don’t have those programs, we accept PDF files with crops and bleeds! PDF’s are the main file type we print from.




Can you make changes to provided files?


Yes and No. It truly depends on the file type and whether the file is editable. You can always send us the file that you wish to make changes to and we can see what we can do from there!




Do you deliver?


We sure do!! Deliveries within the city are $10 and deliveries within the county are $15.00. We can also ship your order. Exact shipping charges will be calculated and added to your final invoice when the your order is ready for packaging




Do you color check for accuracy?


Absolutely! Our staff checks the color for each and every print job. If the job is a reorder, the print is matched to a previous sample if a sample was requested to be saved. If the order is new, we check to a color calibrated monitor. *NOTE: Digital and Offset color varies! When printing full color, there is always a chance of a slight color variance. If you need a very specific color, we recommend printing in Pantone Spot Colors on the offset press! Pantone color matched on our digital press are a $30 fee.




Do you offer mailing services?
