Reordering your prints is even easier than placing a new order. Just follow the steps below to quickly reorder a previous job through our online portal.
1. Visit Our Website or Go Directly to the Ordering Portal
Go directly to our ordering portal: https://inkspotstl.orderprintnow.com.
Otherwise, go to inkspotstl.com and click the “Order Here” button on the homepage to access the portal.
2. Log In to Your Account
Select Login and enter your email and password.
If you think you already have an account, click Forgot? to reset it.
You’ll need to be logged in to access your order history.
3. Go to Your Order Status Page
Once you’re logged in:
Select Order Status from the menu
Here you’ll see a list of your current and previous orders.
4. Find the Order You Want to Reprint
Scroll through your past orders and select the one you’d like to reorder.
Tip: If you place similar orders often, the date stamp in the top right corner of every order can help you find things faster.
5. Click “Reorder this item”
Under the image of the order, click the Reorder this item button.
This will automatically load the product, files, and specifications from your previous order into a new cart item.
6. What Happens Next: Two Possible Reorder Paths
After you click “Reorder this item”, you’ll end up in one of two situations:
Scenario A: Manual Order (No Edit Button in Cart)
If the original order was entered manually by our team, you will not be able to change the specs (quantity, stock, etc.) on the reorder screen or in the cart.
In this case:
Review your reorder in the cart
If you need any changes (new quantity, different paper, updated artwork, etc.), you’ll add those at the very end in the Shipping / Notes section on the checkout page
You can still reorder easily — you’ll just use the Notes box to tell us what to update.
NOTE: Our team will send you a new order confirmation when the changes have been made to the reorder.
Scenario B: Product-Based Order (Edit Button in Cart)
If the original order was created as an online product, you’ll see an Edit button next to the item in your cart.
In this case:
Click Edit on the item in your cart
Update any details you need, such as:
Delivery or pickup preferences
Design notes or special instructions
Save your changes and return to the cart
7. Checkout
Go to your cart when you’re ready.
From here:
To save time on future orders: go to your Profile → My Locations, save your billing and shipping details, then return to checkout and select a saved location to auto-populate your address for future orders
8. Order Confirmation & Production
Click Checkout to place your order.
From here:
Review your billing and shipping details
Choose your payment method
Click Submit Order to confirm
Once submitted:
Your reorder enters production immediately
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready
